Yes, the Jubilee has gone downhill in recent years. I remember when I first moved out to the area, it was almost another county fair (without the animals). Now, I’m not even sure it is worth blocking off all the streets for it.

I don’t go to our festival anymore either, but that’s more because I have no one to go with. It just seems like a huge waste of money for just me.

WOW…. sounds like the Jubilee has gone to downhill.. Of course, it has been a few years since I have gone. I remember the Witch’s Castle ride and bumber cars, the Hymalaya was always my favorite. But the prices you suggest really turn me off especially if the rides are a downer ($2 EXTRA FOR THE FUN HOUSE?!)
